Meet our Team
Many sets of hands, one heart.
Every session is gentle, intuitive and grounded in our faith. Prayer is offered to every client who would like it.

Joannah Cox
RN, BSN, CBS · Founder · Fascial Therapist & Breastfeeding Specialist
Joannah has long been drawn to caring for the body the way God designed it. When her daughter was born and nursing was a struggle, fascial bodywork brought lasting relief — and opened her eyes to the power of the fascial system.
She went on to train in the Gillespie Approach to Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, where she found her calling: caring for mothers and babies in tender seasons of life, and for every person who walks through the door. Every since she has continued learning multiple fascial modalities along with lactation.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in prayer. She's learned to pause, to listen, and to follow the body's cues allowing healing to unfold in alignment with the body's innate wisdom and God's perfect design.
Claira Town
LMT · Massage & Fascial Therapist
At sixteen, Claira was often told in church that she had "healing hands." The youngest of many siblings, she spent years giving massages to ease their pain, and they encouraged her to pursue it professionally. After high school she gave massage therapy a try and completely fell in love. Looking back, she is grateful for how God's plan unfolded as she sought Him first.
Nearly nine years and extensive continuing education later, Claira brings training in neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic massage, therapeutic cupping, prenatal massage, TMJ work, and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). Her priority is helping you find relief from pain and restoring your body to function as God intended.
Nothing brings her more joy than sharing God's love in a tangible way, caring for people physically while encouraging them spiritually and emotionally. With the help of the Holy Spirit, she believes healing is truly possible.

Benita Townsned
Office Admin, RN, BSN
Benita, born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, has always had a heart for women's and children's ministry. After ten years of missions work, she felt God call her to midwifery in 2019, an invitation to partner with Him in coming alongside women as they bring new life into the world
She began her training in 2021 at Newlife Midwifery School in the Philippines, learning hands-on from the remarkable midwives there. In 2024 she returned to the States to finish her studies through the National College of Midwifery. She plans to sit for the NARM exam in 2027 to become a Certified Professional Midwife.
Outside of birth work, you'll find Benita on the volleyball court, savoring dark chocolate, exploring new coffee shops, and laughing with the friends and family she loves.
The Heart Behind Innate Wisdom
We believe every mother and baby deserves support, whatever their circumstances. Through our Pay It Forward Fund, gifts from our community help cover care for families facing financial hardship. When you give, you help a family receive care they might otherwise go without.
