What is Craniosacral Fascial Therapy?
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps the body release deep, stored tension — the kind we hold from birth, injury, stress or simply the wear of everyday life.
Using a light, listening touch, we help the body unwind and return to ease. It’s one of the gentlest forms of bodywork, well suited to babies, children and adults alike.

What is fascia, and why does it matter?
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, nerve and organ, head to toe. When it’s relaxed, everything moves with ease. Tension in one area can create restriction somewhere else, and CFT gently frees tension that may have been held for years.
How does a CFT session
work?
There’s nothing forceful about CFT. Your practitioner follows your body’s cues with soft, attentive touch and lets release happen naturally. Many clients feel deeply relaxed, notice gentle shifts or warmth, and babies often settle or fall asleep.
