My faith is at the center of everything I do. I love Jesus, and His love shapes how I show up for others—with presence, humility, and compassion. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their bodies and experience peace, balance, and renewal. Fascial work opened my eyes to the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit. I fell in love with this gentle yet powerful approach that listens to the body rather than forcing it, creating space for true, lasting release and restoration.
